Scope
This policy explains how ExactHerbarium handles information when you visit this website, browse courses, save items to Fallows, use the cart, or contact the studio.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. We use this information only to respond, provide requested course guidance, and maintain a reasonable correspondence record.
Browser storage
Fallows and cart selections are stored in your browser under localStorage keys. Theme preference and cookie-banner dismissal are also stored locally. These features do not require an account and can be removed through your browser settings.
Catalog requests
The catalog page requests the local catalog.json file to render course information. No image tracking pixels or external image hosts are used.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site presents a consent banner for preference storage. We do not use the banner to claim that local course selections are a server account or payment record.
Retention and security
We retain contact correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the requested reply and ordinary business administration. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Your choices
You may decline to use storage features, clear localStorage, or contact us to ask about a message you submitted. You may also read our terms or contact the studio.
